TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
To maintain trust and exclusivity in our community, please review and agree to the following:
1. Commission Agreements:
• I agree to pay 5% commission to Rare Spirits Society on any sales or transactions initiated through these chambers (includes bottles, barrels, bulk, molasses, dry goods, etc.). Paid to Rare Spirits Society by the Sellers/Traders.
• I agree to pay 2% commission on funds raised through connections initiated within the chambers. Paid by the person/entity who raised the funds.
• I agree to pay a certain commission, agreed in advance, on distributor agreements through connections initiated within the chambers. Paid by the distributor or by the brand, depending on the agreement.
2. Honesty & Integrity:
• I commit to conducting all activities with honesty and integrity.
• I refrain from offering counterfeit items.
• A handshake within this society is sacred.
3. Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure Agreement):
• All discussions, offers, and shared information within the Secret Chambers are strictly confidential.
• Members agree not to share, disclose, or distribute any information, documents, or discussions outside the group, except with their employees, contractors, or advisors who need the information to fulfill related transactions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Caveat Emptor:
• I acknowledge that Rare Spirits Society is not liable for issues such as counterfeit goods, damaged items, disputes between buyers and sellers, or any other transaction-related complications.
• I understand that all shipping arrangements, taxes, duties, and customs clearances are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller. Rare Spirits Society does not facilitate, manage, or bear any liability for these logistics.
• I agree that international transactions may involve additional complexities, and both buyers and sellers must ensure compliance with their respective countries’ import/export regulations.
• I agree that neither the Rare Spirits Society nor its representatives can be held responsible or drawn into any legal disputes arising from transactions or agreements made within the group.
• I agree to only engage in serious transactions and will ensure due diligence on any offers made.
5. Marketplace Guidelines:
• I agree to submit all offers & demands for sales to Rare Spirits Society, either to Luigi or Antonio, which will compile and distribute them. Random offers within group chats are not permitted.
6. Non-Circumvention:
• I agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass Rare Spirits Society in any transactions initiated or facilitated through the Secret Chambers.
• Any agreements, sales, or introductions made within these chambers must respect the commission structure established by the Rare Spirits Society (e.g., 5% on sales, 2% on funds raised).
• If I am introduced to a buyer, seller, or partner through the Rare Spirits Society, I agree that all related transactions will be conducted transparently and within the guidelines set by the Society.
• Violations of this clause may result in the termination of access to the chambers and associated membership privileges.

• I embrace Rare Spirits Society’s spirit of mutual respect, community, and loyalty.
